  • Paneer Sandwich

This one is one of easiest and tastiest foods that you can have. Instead of buying paneer from the market, you can always use full fat  milk  to make paneer at home. Chop some onion, half tomato and garlic. Heat a pan and pour 1 teaspoon of olive oil, when it starts to heat, add some cumin seeds to it.  Add all the veggies and some green chillies to the pan. Once the onions start becoming brownish you can add the paneer (mash it properly) to it. Add salt and pepper as per your taste.  Now take two pieces of brown bread and put the cooked paneer inside the bread and grill it for around 5 minutes. This easy peasy recipe is both protein and carbohydrate rich. You can have the same with boiled eggs as well. This paneer sandwich will provide your body with a lot of healthy nutrients that can help you to build muscle mass and add some weight to your body.

  • Dry Fruits Overloaded Milkshake

Who doesn’t like to relish a glass full of milk shake? Well! To make this extremely delicious and nutritious shake you will need some dry fruits, fruits, milk and any mass gainer supplement. You can take 3 to 4 almonds, 3 to 4 cashew nuts,  2 to 3 seedless dates, 2 to 3 walnuts, 4 to 5 black raisins and 2 to 3 pistachios.  You can add fresh bananas to your shake as well.  Put 200 ml of milk in a blender along with one scoop of mass gainer and all the other ingredients mentioned above, blend them properly for 1 to 2 minutes. You can add some cubes of ice to your dry fruits overloaded sheke to add that chilly feeling. The dates, raisins and mass gainer powders are enough to add natural sweetness to your shake and therefore, you should  not add any extra amount of sugar to it.

  • Chicken & Vegetable Stew With Multigrain Bread And Mashed Potatoes  

If you are a non-vegetarian, then you will definitely love to enjoy a bowl full of chicken stew along with bread and potatoes. To make this soup you will need to boil 100 grams of finely chopped boneless chicken and some vegetables. You can choose carrots, spring onions, beans, corn, broccoli and other vegetables as per your choice. Add salt and pepper as per your taste. Do not add cornflour powder, if  you want it to be healthy.  

Toast two slices of multigrain bread and apply cheese spread or butter. Bake potatoes for 180 degree centigrade and then mash it properly by adding some salt and pepper to it.
